2. the apartment overlooks both sunrise and sunset, therefore:

3. there is no noise in the rooms, on the veranda and in the courtyard of the house, because Livadia is a quiet and peaceful suburb of Larnaca with expensive houses and friendly neighbors.
There are disadvantages: it is difficult to force yourself to leave the roof especially at dawn.

1. Air conditioners in every room (serviced at the end of May 2023)
2. Hot water from solar panels or from a boiler. Stove and oven electric. Pressure - compressor.
3. If you work remotely, then one of the rooms turns into an office.
4. All infrastructure in close proximity:
− exits to Deikelia road (B3) and highway A3 in 3 min
− to any beach 5-10 minutes drive
− large supermarket with the best prices and fresh products (Stelios) 4 minutes
− to the center of Larnaca - 10 minutes
− to the airport - 15 minutes
− to Nicosia - 30 minutes.
